	Environmental Cost Analysis Methodology (ECAM) Environmental Cost Analysis Methodology was developed to provide users with a consistent and accurate tool for conducting financial analyses, specifically where new technologies are being considered. The ECAM process utilizes activity-based costing methods and techniques to realistically analyze and assign such costs for new or modified manufacturing technologies.
	Environmental Management System Implementation Tool Kit The Environmental Management System Implementation Tool Kit is intended for the use of the Department of the Army Installations seeking to implement an Environmental Management System (EMS) modeled after the international Environmental Management System Standard Specification (ISO 14001). Installations can implement an ISO 14001 EMS to meet the requirements of Executive Order 13148 "Greening of Government through Environmental Leadership."
	Environmental Technology Verification (ETV) The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has instituted a new program, the Environmental Technology Verification Program - or ETV - to verify the performance of innovative technical solutions to problems that threaten human health or the environment.
	Facility Environmental Management and Monitoring System (FEMMS) The Facility Environmental Management and Monitoring System (FEMMS) Program is designed to achieve increased situational awareness and pollution prevention capability at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) through two inter-related technical efforts.
	Fort Ord Cleanup Presented here is information about the environmental cleanup of Fort Ord, a former US Army base which was closed in 1994.
	Fuel Cell Test and Evaluation Center (FCTEC) The DoD Fuel Cell Test and Evaluation Center (FCTEC) is a National Resource for the independent, unbiased testing and validation of fuel cell power plants ranging in size up to 300 kilowatts (kW).  The FCTEC is located in Johnstown, PA at Concurrent Technologies Corporation's (CTC's) Environmental Technology Facility.
	Joint Group on Pollution Prevention (JG-PP) The Joint Group on Pollution Prevention (JG-PP) is a partnership between various government organizations to assist in validating and implementing materials and processes that are less hazardous than those currently used in military and industrial facilities.
	Radford Environmental Management and Monitoring Program (REDMAP) The Radford Environmental Management and Monitoring Program (REDMAP) being implemented at Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) mirrors the successful FEMMS program at Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD).
	UXO Recovery Database The UXO Recovery Database is a tool designed to provide UXO removal managers with historical penetration depths and statistical analysis to assist in making decisions on current removal projects.

	Environmental Security Technology Certification Program (ESTCP) The Environmental Security Technology Certification Program's (ESTCP) goal is to demonstrate and validate promising, innovative technologies that target the Department of Defense's most urgent environmental needs. These technologies provide a return on investment through cost savings and improved efficiency.
	Joint Service Pollution Prevention Technical Library The Joint Service Pollution Prevention (P2) Technical Library is an excellent resource of information that can help you solve your P2 and Environmental Compliance problems.
	Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) The Strategic Environmental Research and Development Program (SERDP) identifies, develops, and transitions environmental technologies that relate directly to defense mission accomplishment.
